Fairfax Imaging Signs Reseller Agreement to Provide Virtual Solutions VCapture Product with the Quick Modules Software Suite

Improves Fairfax Imaging’s ability to provide secure and efficient remote data keying and repair as part of their award winning Forms, Fax, Document and Remittance Processing solutions.

TAMPA, FL, DECEMBER 17, 2008 – Fairfax Imaging today announced a reseller agreement with Virtual Solutions to integrate their vCapture Product into Fairfax Imaging’s solutions for both government and commercial customers.

Under the terms of the new agreement, Virtual Solutions extends un-exclusive rights to Fairfax Imaging to distribute VCapture for use by end-users throughout the US and Canada.  “Virtual Solutions is excited about the partnership with an established industry leader such as Fairfax. The synergy between the two companies will provide significant value to our customers through the use of vCapture and our virtual workforce.” said Robert J. Robinson, President/CEO of Virtual Solutions, Inc.

“Having the option of handling peak periods with vCapture instead of temporary workers will make us an even more competitive integrator in the data capture and remittance processing industry.” said Michael Minter, VP Sales and Marketing for Fairfax Imaging.

During periods of peak volume, vCapture delivers secure and reliable access to a limitless pool of U.S. based remote keyers, without the overheads associated with finding, hiring, training and managing a temporary workforce. vCapture combines the security and quality of in-house operations with the convenience and flexibility of outsourcing.

Sensitive paper documents never leave the confines of the operation. The fields within these documents are extracted, converted into a digital format and then encrypted to guarantee security before being dispatched to remote keyers for entry and verification using a web browser. Information that is entered is validated by at least two independent sources, ensuring the accuracy of the data. Fields containing confidential data like social security numbers are split and the segments sent to different keyers so that no one sees the entire field’s contents.

The vCapture configurable architecture integrates seamlessly into Fairfax Imaging’s Quick Modules software suite, increasing customer control while decreasing costs.  The result provides highly accurate data to the rest of the downstream processes that make up the Quick Modules workflow.
